brain | comparison of TTBK1 mRNA and protein expression in brain from Alzheimer disease (AD) samples and non-demented controls: in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry reveal abundant expression of TTBK1 in the somatodendritic compartment of cortical and hippocampal neurons of both AD cases and controls.
